Refund Policy

Thank you for enrolling in a course with Encode-IT. We are committed to delivering a rewarding learning experience, whether you choose a self-paced program or instructor-led training.

Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By buying a course from Encode-IT, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and the Refund Policy outlined below.

1. Refund Eligibility Criteria

For Self-Paced Learning Programs

You may be eligible for a full refund if you meet all the following conditions:

  • The refund request is submitted within 3 days of purchase.
  • You have accessed less than 10% of the course content.
  • You have not claimed any associated exam voucher, toolkit, or certificate.
  • Payments made through Credit Card and Debit Card shall receive only 90% of the fees, even after meeting all the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

⚠️ Refund requests that do not meet these conditions will not be considered.

For Instructor-Led Training

You may be eligible for a refund if the following criteria are met:

  • Your refund request is made within 3 days of purchase.
  • You have accessed less than 10% of the video-learning material.
  • You have attended no more than one (1) live session.
  • You have not requested any exam voucher, toolkit, or certificate.
  • Payments made through Credit Card and Debit Card shall receive only 90% of the fees, even after meeting all the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

⚠️ Refunds will not be processed for requests that fail to meet these conditions.

For University-Partnered Programs / Bootcamps

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must submit your request within 3 days from the start date of the class (Live or Recorded), regardless of whether you attended the session or not.

⚠️ No refunds will be issued after this period.

2. How to Initiate a Refund

You can request a refund in the following ways:

  • Please submit a written request to the Email id  rohit@encodeitind.com before 3 days of registration.
  • Oral Request/ Call Request/ WhatsApp Request shall not be considered.
  • Any request shall be made on or before 3 days of registration.
  • Post 3 days, Encode-IT IND is not liable to refund any fees paid.

⚠️ Refunds will not be processed for requests that fail to meet these conditions.

3. Duplicate Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same course, the extra amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 10 working days of your request submission.

4. Policy Updates

Encode-IT reserves the right to update or revise this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. We encourage you to review it periodically.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
